Shaul Baruch
Shaul has been an active real estate investor and developer for more than 25 years. He has invested in both unimproved and improved real estate throughout the nation, as well as internationally. His main focus has been on acquiring large tracts of undeveloped land for resale to end users. Shaul acted as Principal in several syndications of apartment complexes and office buildings located in Dallas, Texas. The entities under Shaul’s control have successfully completed real estate acquisitions of more than $750,000,000 in the last 25 years. Prior to his real estate career, Mr. Baruch owned and operated a successful clothing business. Shaul holds a Principal’s Certificate from the Jewish Educators Association in New York City, and has studied for a doctoral degree in Jewish Education from the People’s University in New York.
Stacy Whitney
Stacy has been Controller of Baruch Properties since 1994. Over the past twelve years, she has taken on broader responsibilities outside of the accounting department, including partnership formations, contract review and acquisitions and sales facilitation. She is responsible for maintaining quality investor relations through regular correspondence including updates on investments, providing cash flow analysis reports and preparing cash distributions for investors. In addition, her responsibilities include preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements; auditing property management reports and serving on the board of directors for the owners’ associations of development projects. Currently, she is responsible for overseeing more than 100 entities. Prior to joining Baruch Properties, Stacy was controller for a national consulting firm responsible for regulated reporting for over 4,000 assets. She gained her public accounting experience with Grant Thornton. Stacy received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Texas Tech University. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
David Parkerson
With 12 years of land development experience, David spent his early professional years as a Civil Engineer serving private developer clients around the country; however the majority of his experience is in the Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio markets. He started with Baruch Properties (BP) as a consultant to Shaul Baruch and his partners in the entitlement and development of their existing and prospective land holdings in San Antonio and recently (February 2006) joined up to serve BP exclusively. He was most recently serving as an Associate and Office Manager with Kimley-Horn and Associates (KHA) in San Antonio, having opened the office in 2003. Before then, he was serving in a similar role in Austin and Dallas for KHA and Turner Collie & Braden, Inc. He has been a leading member of project teams of owners, attorneys, planners, engineers and architects that process all necessary legal, design, construction, financing and planning documents through various agencies and cities to maximize the client’s allowable development rights and provide sound engineering design. He is currently overseeing the entitlement, design, and approvals process for BP in San Antonio and is creating the first Fresh Water Supply District in Central Texas to serve a BP project.
Nicole Rodriguez
Nicole joined Baruch Properties in December of 2005. She has
four years of banking experience as a commercial lender and
credit analyst/underwriter. Nicole’s responsibilities include
assisting with coordinating due diligence, reviewing contracts,
managing critical dates and business points. She is responsible
for creating pro formas, underwriting and profit analysis on
current and potential investments. She also facilitates
joint-venture financing needs, including loan requests,
assistance with underwriting, term negotiation and loan closings
with various lenders. Nicole also assists with investor
reporting, periodic updates and raising new capital. Prior to
joining Baruch Properties Nicole was a commercial lender for a
28 billion-dollar banking institution. Nicole received her BBA
in business management from Texas Christian University and an
MBA in finance from the University of Dallas.
Danny Yoo
Danny has worked with Baruch Properties since early 2004 and has over 5 years of commercial real estate experience. He is responsible for locating potential buyers for Baruch-owned real estate as well as locating real estate for acquisition. Danny facilitates contract negotiations as well as assists with the management of due diligence, critical dates and business points. He received his Bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.
Terry Tice
Terry came to Baruch Properties early in 2006 and has brought 30 years of development experience to our team. He began as a bricklayer in 1976 and moved on in 1979 to become a surveyor with the Chisholm Trail Construction Company under the direction of Martin K. Eby. In 1982 he joined Austin Commercial, Inc. as a field engineer and survey party chief, and in 1983, he joined Austin Bridge & Road, Inc. as survey party chief for the DFW Paving Division. He gained extensive experience in commercial high rise construction, water and sewer plants and residential paving. In 1991 he was promoted to Superintendent in charge of client contact and scheduling of residential paving projects. Terry then spent six years with Centex Homes as Land Development Manager and later as Vice President of Land Development. He received his Associate Degree in Civil Construction at Tarrant County Junior College in 1980.
Alex Adiguzel
Alex came to Baruch Properties in 2004 and has over 20 years experience in accounting, 18 of those in the real estate industry. Alex’s responsibilities include cash management, monthly posting and review of all entity accounting activity, maintaining property insurance and special projects as requested. Prior to joining Baruch Properties she was the controller for a computer company for 2 years and controller of a multi-family property management company for 6 years. She has worked for two of Dallas’ largest real estate companies: Aetna Realty and Transwestern Property Company. Alex earned her BBA from Amber University in Garland, Texas.
Kirsten Kahl
Kirsten joined Baruch Properties in late 2003 and has proven to be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task in several different areas. She is responsible for managing contract details such as critical dates, business points, and due diligence. Kirsten is also skilled at creating and updating Baruch Properties entity marketing brochures and is experienced in computer aided design (CAD). She also assists with inter-company server maintenance, network monitoring and office machine troubleshooting. Kirsten received her BA in anthropology from the University of Iowa in 1989, and her MA in anthropology from Northern Illinois University in 1993.
Bonnie Quesada
Bonnie joined Baruch Properties in February 2004. Bonnie has 17 years of office management experience and has become an integral part of the daily office operations of Baruch Properties by handling many administrative responsibilities and taking on special projects. She has worked for major architectural and engineering firms, oil and gas and real estate companies.
Craig Glendenning – Associate Partner/Developer for San Antonio Properties
Craig has over 25 years of experience in real estate development and sales. After graduating from college with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a specialization in real estate, Craig started his own development company that operated as two entities: North Texas Land Company and C. Glen Construction Company. Over the next 10 years, he developed and sold thousands of rural residential parcels, retail strip centers, office buildings, and single-family homes in Collin, Sherman, and Denton counties. In 1988, he started Post Oak Development of Colorado. During the 8 years he operated in Colorado, Craig developed and sold a portion of the Aspen Highlands Ski Resort, Lacet Subdivision in Aspen, Tanglewood subdivision on Lake Texoma, base facilities, and 24 affordable housing units in Aspen. He also began to form limited partnerships for acquisition and development of real estate in San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas. In 1996, Craig switched his focus to Texas and formed Post Oak Development of Texas. Since returning to Texas, Craig has marketed, developed, and sold over $40 million in real estate for Baruch Properties in the San Antonio area. As developer/partner with Baruch Properties, his current projects include Dancing Bear subdivision, the South Texas Building, the Neisner Building, the Alamo Fish Market Building, Cresta Bella, Sonoma Verde, and the Heights of Crown Ridge. He was responsible for the first phase of development of Briggs Ranch and currently is a developer/partner in other projects in Mountain Laurel Ranch, 214 Travis, Sundance Ranch, and Clear Water Ranch. Craig is a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station.
