The subject property is located on the north and
south sides of State Highway 121 (SH 121) between East Hillpark
Road and Standridge Drive in the City of Lewisville, Denton
County, Texas. The property is comprised of multiple parcels
originally totaling 411 acres. About 247 acres have been sold,
leaving approximately 164 acres available for purchase. The
property has approximately 1,976 linear feet of available
frontage along the north side of SH 121 and approximately 2,851
linear feet along the south side of SH 121. Frontage along Old
