Description |
The original
property was a 364.08-acre tract of unimproved land that was
purchased on April 17, 2006. It is located on Interstate 10 (I-10)
in southern Kendall County. The property is situated at the
junction of Hwy 289 and I-10, north of the City of Boerne and San
Antonio, Texas. Currently, the property is in a rural area
dominated by undeveloped ranch land. The general vicinity of the
subject property consists of pasture land and a few scattered
residences situated on multiple acres. In late October 2008, a
45.12-acre piece on the north side of the property was sold to a
neighboring landowner, leaving 318.9 acres available for purchase.
The subject parcel is comprised of rolling
hills and small plateaus, affording beautiful views of the Hill
Country. The property is currently grazed by longhorn cattle.
There are many stands of trees and vegetation on the subject
property, including reeds and grasses that line the banks of a
small recreational pond. |
